Well, It's been a VERY long time since I've logged into this blogger. Hell, It's been a mighty long time since I've even done any blogging or speaking my mind on line at all.
Over the past few years I've met up with Damon (a guy I crushed on in my mid teens) & things have been about as thrilling as washing dishes. BUT that's not why I decided to post this blog today. Today I wanted to put down in words how everything I thought would happen with an ex of mine has happened.
Good ole Matt has done it again... Don't remember me talking about him? Yeah, don't worry you didn't miss a thing. Anywho - He has left his wife. The girl he left me for... whoodathunk? As years have passed & my maturity level has grown I contacted her to let her know I was sorry for bashing her in the beginning. I know that sounds crazy but when I really thought about it, this girl didn't "do" anything wrong to me... she was just available to Matt & he knew it. He knew her self esteem was low & that she had her own place to live & her own car. He couldn't very well just leave me & be good with that, oh no. He had to find his next victim & that is just what he did. He played it smart though. He buttered her up for a few months prior to leaving me & went in for the kill as soon as he seen an opening. Next thing I knew they were getting married. Living as one. Now that all that has came & went she & I are talking. I didn't really know her I just knew of her through people I know.
Since I've been talking to her letting her know that if there is anything I can do I will. Shocked? Don't be - This is just who I am. I'm over him & couldn't care any less about him than I already do. I just don't like it that these men will use a woman till they're all used up & jump right next to a new one... as Matt has AGAIN. He's never been single (he's the classic "gotta-have-a-bitch" type), he's never had his OWN place, he's never been on his own. He's always found women to cater to him & as soon as that gets old, he plans his escape & simply moves onto the next as if he's changing a pair of socks.
